Yes, your pic shows the fuel valves are set to draw gas only from the aux tank for both motors. So, are you saying that your issue is when you have your motors running from the aux as in your pic, and you turn both those valves to the main tank the motors die and wont restart? If so, to...

Hmm...sounds like there might still be enough gas up in the fill tube that is blocking the vent. Try removing the fill cap on the main, insert a siphon hose and remove a gallon of gas. (just pour it back into the aux) That may eliminate the vent blockage stopping main tank fuel flow?

I’ve already welded some major cracks years ago, and recently had another minor crack develop on a hardtop support. Ended up buying a couple of these and clamped one down tight on the cracked portside pipe, and put another one on an uncracked stbdside pipe just to make it match visually...

I don't think that is a great idea. You will be amazed at how much torque that Rhodan generates....that plus the wave action and currents pushing on the motor head leveraged by the long shaft is going to cause stress cracks and possibly result in the pulpit breaking apart.

Now that I have some experience with the 96" Rhodan on my Trophy Pro (same hull as Sailfish), I can tell you NEED AT LEAST the 96". Unless you are only gonna fish bluebird flat days with no swell, the prop is definitely going to cavitate with an 87".

My measurements probably won’t work on your boat. But Rhodan includes a template for the mounting puck (bracket) which by the way now has a cool integral locking feature on the new models. You will need to get the Aluminum plate separately and custom fabricate it after you dry fit it exactly...
