I use Vulcan 12 kg (33 lbs) on my 2003 265 Express. It is a solid anchor. I modified the pulpit and fit the anchor inside so it doesn’t stick out too far. Hope this helps!

I drained the tank and disconnect all the water lines from the pump. Same with wash down and live well pump.

Agree, check the directional, if all fail, I would put the old squeeze bulb back and see if it run better. You may have the defective bulb right out of the box.
