I'd go for it. Worse case you snap the bolt or have to drill the head out. I thnk they will come apart fairly easily. Soak them in penetrating oil if they don't.

I swapped out my helm chair for a Llebroc a few years ago. GW uses them to manufacture their seats. Check them out on line.

I've had excellent experiences with the GPS Store as well.

I'd either contact GW Cust Service or your local dealer. I find the best way is to just have at it. Usually commercial off the shelf parts are used by GW and if you can get to the part and identify it, you can find it on the web.

I agree with Dennis but I'd bring it up to GW and see what they say. Could get an opinion from a local glass guy. Maybe there is something they can do if it bothers you.

Looks good... I always do things myself and have a professional do it if I fail or if the job is too difficult.

I'd just go with a certified manufacturer, see what the options are and get it coated by them.

best to take pics. usually there are fastners on the inside frame of the window. maybe share the pics with GW Cust Service for ideas.

Just get a walking foot for your sewing machine. You can do just about anything (fabric, vinyl etc) on a boat with it.

those were a custom part made by GW. likely the mold is long gone. you'll have to find someone that can mold plastic to get it fabricated.

I was able to use the back side of the cushion (black fabric with zippers on all but one). Really wasn't that bad of a job.

Take some pics and see if you can find a manufacturers label on the slide and the seat. In addition, start checking the marine websites.
