    Yes, power wash with acid. No real growth south of Boston for 2 years in brackish water. In Boston Harbor, no to minor growth but I have to paint every year.

    I got 2 years out of ablative and in some cases 3 but there would be a slime line I'd have to clean. Was in Green Harbor Marshfield which has brackish water. Now in Boston Harbor and I have to paint each year.

    If trailer is new and you are going to tow it, suggest you drive it around for a while to ensure you are comfortable with it and that it was properly set-up. Check the weather often as well while trailering.

    To maintain the effectiveness of hard bottom paint, it should generally remain in the water. If it is taken out of the water for 3 days or more, it may oxidize and become ineffective. Therefore, it is advisable to keep the paint submerged to ensure optimal protection

    They reworked the transom for the higher power. 2005 with 350s would be nice, but you may have to go diving for them at some point. I'd be concerned about HP and weight.

    I'd go with a contast (like a muscle car interior, I favor black) as you are using ablative paint. The whites will fade to light brown over time anyway and look like slime/scum.

    I have used the soft side of industrial Velcro on a few spots (swim ladder and transom door come to mind) where there was bang (noise and potential damage) potential.

    No experience with them all, but I'd say all are pretty close. I'd be more afraid of how they are installed. If the adhesive is aggressive, you may have to do it again due residue if you need to change it out.

    The hull is solid fiberglass with potentially wood or composite stringer. I'd say these are fine. Like stated, the wood looks good, so I'd say he's doing what needs to be done.

    I used the silk material. It helped but some of the larger pieces of foam are much larger than the zipper length. No matter what, you've got to fold, compress and work them in.

    May want to check the trim tab location on the 30'ers with the larger engines. May need to relocate aft if performance isn't what you expect.

    same hull minor differences. the WAs were being defocused as the DCs got the attention (and for good reason - they sold well). The differences are really minor except for what you indicated. get the best boat/deal and have fun,
