Martek marine electronics in Avalon. They are doing some updates and new unit on my boat now.

I also put Garmin in my 268 and love it. Electronics are expensive regardless what brand you use. My boat is in Somers Point And I used Martek in Avalon. He is pretty good. I flush mounted the two GPS‘s and had Martek do the radar and all wire everything so the two units would talk to each other.

Let me know if you need anything while replacing the transom. I did the one on my 268 two years ago.

I glassed the holes then put the brass fitting in so if water does get in the green board will not get wet.

When I was going mine transom I talk to Grady they recommend that I use wood the way the boat came from the factory. That way it would not change the way the boat sits in the water or the way it runs.

We went sea bass fishing Saturday. We left Harbor Cove at 7 am and had sixty keepers by noon fishing the deep water wreck. Great day
