If like my 330, you'll have to raise electronics closure, disconnect ram, lower ram, prop up electronics closure fully, remove tub and you should be able to access handle/disconnect mounting screws.

Congrats on purchase - I remember your inquiries about a 330 purchase. Glad you got it done. Can I ask reason for wanting to dump the generator? Is it gas or diesel?

I've always had good luck with Anco replacements. Available at Amazon, E-Bay or any automotive parts retailer.

Also, look at the control panel - it will tell you if the electronics are saying that the heater's on or the A/C is on. Did you adjust the desired temperature high enough to kick on the heat?? Then check the water flow out of the lower port side of the hull - if the heat pump has failed, they...

Some models have a fresh water gauge. On my 330 it's on the wall in the head. Do you have one???

I don't have your boat (I have 33 Express) but that list on yours is noticeable. If not center mounted, there are batteries and a fresh water holding tank that can affect list somewhat. I assume your fuel tanks and generator are center mounted. Puzzling???

I have heard of the fuel lines delaminating and causing the inner liner to collapse choking off fuel flow. Not sure this is your problem, but if your fuel lines are older, could be.

I may not be understanding your problem, but how much fuel is in the tank? When the fuel level gets real low, it is normal for the last bar showing to begin to blink.

What type of line are you using? I have tried many and settled on mega-plait line (versus 8-plait that didn't work for me). Regarding hanging up at the connection - it happens. But make sure it's not frayed and was done professionally to minimize the girth of the connection.

I've had a 22 lb. Delta on my 2003 Express on the West Coast. I have 50 ft of chain and 300 ft of line. Never had an issue, but you may have more extreme conditions. Can't answer the question on stress to your other components.
