Not Sure about your boat, but all of my cup holders drain via an outlet to the deck. Both the cupholders in the helm area and the cockpit are plumbed this way.

You need to fully pump the tank out. Get a fuel pump, pull the sender and pump everything out of the tank. By pumping through the fuel hose, you are leaving all the crap in the bottom of the tank.

Most likely the galvanic isolator, if its's not check your manual either hard copy or you can download it from grady, it should show the location of the breaker for the charger.
