Depending on the state u live in, you do not need to register and do annual renewal stickers, no state title, boat name and port identify the boat (cleaner apperarance). There are many opinions on how to utiltize two tanks - since my tanks have 150 in one tan and 70 in the other I prefer to rub them both on one and then both on the second. To me it is too confusing to be monitoring 2 tanks at the same time .
