If the A/c is running and blowing cold air then it shouldn't be a water flow problem. The heat on my 305 works well. Keeps the cabin nice and toasty on those cold days.

Did you try tightening it?

Not on a gulfstream but I put a large bait table on the fish box of my 305. Awesome addition if you fish. It bolts on and is removable if needed.

Without seeing either boat, I would be probably leaning towards the one with the 300's vs. 350's Based on engines. Also the 330 is a big beast to trailer.

Just keep in mind, the 330 hull was updated in 2008.

How long does it take for the battery to sit before it becomes low/dead? How old are the battery's? check your carbon monoxide sensor, if it expires or needs to be replaced it will beep intermittently.

I do mine every 3 years.

Your thruster should be wired to one of the battery banks directly. On my 305 which I assume is very similar, the thruster is wired to the second bank. Both battery banks are charged by the outboards.
