yes, correct --- control cable , not power cable Neither the hydraulic cable or control cable have very much slack at all. They are zip tied together and you cant access them . it appears they are sandwiched between the cap and deck> I got a few more things i will try and i'll update how I do.

I am trying to replace my stbd side trim tab actuator and having a very difficult time trying to feed the power cable through the transom. I was able to disconnect the original hydraulic line and can re-install that, but the power cable seems impossible to fish through . Has anyone done this...
