I have a 265 Express so they are in the transom (drain overboard) and the side gunnel (drains on deck) so not a problem at all.

"On/Off" hull cleaner is the ticket your looking for! Just beware of where the run-off goes. It can ruin galvanizing and some plastics. Great stuff thought

Im not sure where your cup holders are but I added these combo ones to the transom! Now we can pull the rod out and set down my beverage at the same time...

Im not sure if your Express has the AC thru hull but I just had the Marine Yard drill that out and put in the B 175 HW. Fits fine and I really dont need the AC unit anyway.

Bartoma, I have the exact boat you have and I do have an AC unit. I dont have alot of info on it except to say that it is mounted under the bunks up front and has a raw water line running all the way up to it from the rear builge. If you want more details let me know.

Wow! The transducer you have looks just like the one I really want which is the B275HLW! Do you have any issues with cavitation of your outboards at all? Looks like they are tucked nicely between the two strainers! As for the A/C no need for it here on the Central West Coast. Maybe Ill just cap...

One more recomendation for safety is change from the surge brake system to an electric over hydraulic. it has and immediate response and allows the trailer to do its own breaking.

So a little further investigation reveled that the third hole is a Dometic A/C intake! Yeah go figure someone needed A/C in the cabin of a 265. So I think my new plan will be to rip out the A/C. Then move the Livewell intake to the starboard side in the A/C hole. That will leave the complete...

I highly recommend the flush dash! I am thinking of flush mounting the radios in the overhead as well for the same reasons.

I added one off the T-top works great for 75 lb crab traps. Might be a little overkill for lobster pots though. If you drill through the gunnel the one you show mounts to the deck with a pass thru sleeve. Should work fine.

I highly recommend the cutting table on the back. I put in two 0 Deg rod holders that way I can slide it in and out.
