Hello. Yes the waves do slap the hulls on slow trolling choppy days. It can get annoying at times but you just have to try and not take the waves head on. You do need to learn to trim the boat right. The bigger the waves just keep going faster and she will stay on top and not pound. 2 weeks ago...
