I had a leak around the aft cabin window. I took the outside ring off around window. Cleaned the silicone out and used 5200. I may regret it later but it fixed my leak. Mine is an 03 as well. So far no leaks up front.

The type and amount of Freon will be on a tag on the compressor. The year of manufacture will determine type of Freon .

It should have ports on it. You really need to hang gauges and check your pressures. I would make sure you have good water flow through the system first.

I always use the 3-m stripe tape. I can’t remember the part number. Buy a big 2” roll of the blue and you can rip down the narrow out of it. The gold you can get the correct size. Any automotive paint supply store will carry it. Or you can get it online

It’s a 330 express. The compartment is port side rear battery compartment. It has a drop in plastic box also. Spot may have been used for oil fills for the 2 strokes in the early years not sure.

Brass barbs are completely sealed and will be flushed with freshwater after each use. The original flush attachments are disconnected so they can be hooked back up if someone so choses. Here’s a couple more pics .
