    Deck drain inserts - where to find replacement part?

    Yea, I had a guy get a hook caught in the drain and pull it out and broke the plastic bar. So what I did was measure the diameter of the drain and cut a 1/4 inch wooden dowel and inserted into the drain where the plastic bar broke. I did that 6 years ago and it is still good. Cheap fix.

    Why a Grady?

    I would recommend you go with the most versatile......Grady White Marlin 300, great fishing boat, great cruising boat, comfortable overnighter. Keep the Admiral happy.

    Anyone know what the small silver cabin lights replacement LED lights are for the Marlin? I am in the process of changing all the lights in my 2007 Marlin to LED. I have not found an acceptable replacement for the cabin reading lights. Thanks.

    Occassional Freezing Temps Question

    Put a 100 watt light bulb in the bilge, and one in the cabin. That worked for me when we lived North in Panama City Beach. We have since moved South, not a problem for me anymore!

    Interesting issue

    Yea nothing is reasonable when you add the "marine" tag to it! I had to replace one on my Sailfish Yamaha 200 two stroke.....1800 bucks with labor.......very painful.
