Had a similar issue last season someone suggested a gasoline engineer that I had filled my boat with a winter blend fuel end of the season and it was boiling out when hot , I thought this was crazy until after my first fill up with again summer fuel It never had the issue again .

Installed a 12 inch bar of solder 1/2 x12 heated shaped to the underside of the pulpit 4200 and few screws , Anchor kept damaging the pulpit after a few other attempts this seems to work the best .

Five years dash needs to be redone ,might try to do in place , first time a body shop did the work it wasn't expensive I also don't know if a clear coat would help keep it clean .These were brown !

Exactly the problem I had , I used a soft 1inch x 3/4 inch x 8 inch bar of solder bent in to the pulpit shape ,4200 and four stainless screws , or any soft metal .

Removed side and dash panel took them to a body shop and were painted same method used to paint dash boards close to grady white , radio cabin , external speaker , Garmin GPS /fish i think is seven inch inside the box .
