    Thanks for the info, I measured the hull out today, I'm going to align my 4" bunks about 1" inside the strakes on either side. That should put the stringer dead center and be a good way to make sure it is aligned when sitting on the trailer.

    30 and 58? it said mount the bunks at 15" or 29" from center? would that measure be to the inside of the 4" bunk?

    This is exactly the information I was looking for. I’m having a hard time making sense out of it however. I have a 208 so I can either set my bunks 15” or 29” from center, is that correct? And what else do I need to know?

    Just picked up a new tidewater aluminum bunk trailer for my 208. I would like to get it as close as possible for the spring before I can access my boat. Anyone have any information on how far apart to set the bunks or where they should be underneath the hull?

    I did mine on my 2002. Can’t understand why they would leave a gap there. Horrible design and guaranteed to be the demise of your transom.

    I was able to find the video on YouTube I believe KonaKine88 was talking about. I emailed the guy he told me to mail him out a template with my chart plotter template taped on and he will create the panel.

    Go to any metail shop I had a place make it for me in last than 15 minutes from scratch
