I replaced that latch several times..decided to pit a bolt through it with a lock nut...been that way 10 years...just do not sit on it:)

I have the Garmin on my 273 Chase and love it with twin 250 zukes....I am not sure that second pump is necessary...SeaStar is great and reliable. I also bought a rebuilt Seastar from boatsteer as well...all good. r

Been running ethanol for 20 years...fill it up and never had issues.

I also use the povermo method to adjust tension on the halyards as appropriate.

I went with zuke 250s in 2018 due to availability and am thrilled....7k cheaper it I recall and had zero issues and tons more torque...folks zukes are made for gradys with that low end torques...450 hours now

Awesome motors...WAY better torque and seem to be made for Grady hulls...I repowered my 273 Chase with DF250s. Just stay on top of the block anodes..they are a lot smaller than Yammie...about the only thing. I have 400 flawless hours on mine. r

zukes need larger props for sure...once you get it dialed in you will be pleased...

No 5200..that is an adhesive. My livewell will fill up underway as well if the seacock is not closed..I need to seal mine as well

Boatsteer.com can help with that...should not be hard..replace pump while you are at it
