I don’t remember, I would try 800 grit if that doesn’t work then come down to 600 then 400. I recall trying a few different grits before finding the one that worked.

I removed the pvc pipe when replacing the tank then reinstalled it with silicon it was pretty easy. The wires in it are for the freshwater washdown pump that you can access from the round plate located under the passenger helm chair.
