I tried the inexpensive string with adhesive on the back. Ok for a year or so but then the LEDs started dropping out a few each time. The lumitec bars are pricey but really are the best for the marine environment.

The Lumetec bar lights and bulbs in the cockpit lights work the same way. I tied the bar lights into the cockpit light conductors and the switch at the helm powers all 4. The Lumitec bar lights operate the same way. One press they are white, second press they are blue.

It's really a meter board, there is no enclosure around the meter itself. The company redesigned the product with an enclosure. It's bigger. It may fit, but you have to cut the panel and maybe figure a way to mount it. It's pretty tight behind the breaker panel.

I have a 2KW shoot thru transducer inside the hull. I think it is the way to go.

If you can step up, look at the Marlin. I found the 282 very tight in the helm area.

Still $37 a foot where I am in the yacht club. Safe Harbors got bought out so you know the marinas are going up up up. For me the yacht club was the ticket.

It's a custom GW part. Likely not going to get it unless you find a scap boat. I'd go the starboard route and have a cabinet guy make one up.

First thing I'd do it hit them with WD40. When mine sticks or is intermittent I do this and they pop back to life. Happens about every other year. Now as part of my pre-storage items I hit the one on the binnacle and the two individual ones.

It's 10lbs in a 5lb bag, I'd look elsewhere unless you keep the boat. Otherwise you'll give $ up on the resale.
