    Which prop should I buy?

    You may be able to find a Prop shop that will let you "demo" props... like Murphy's in Norfolk, VA. 757-853-4731. Good Luck, but do yourself a favor and try the Mercury REV 4.

    bottom paint and saving fuel costs...

    I've been thinking about removing all bottom paint and painting entire hull with Awlgrip. No more waxing and since I keep in dry storage bottom growth shouldn't be a problem. Anyone else used Awlgrip? A boat building site suggested mixing graphite(sp) into epoxy paint for a tough, slick...

    repower surprise

    I repowered from 1988 225 Evinrude to New F225. Dont know the numbers yet but I can tell you it seems to have made a BIG difference. Break out 20's instead of 100's at the gas pump. Less noise underway and docked. No more 2 Stroke smoke... though I like the smell of a running 2S. Better...
