For whatever reason, that site has never been super warm and fuzzy about Grady’s. That being said a couple of those guys had credible complaints and posted the pics. It wasn’t pretty...and you’ve gotta wonder how it got past Q.C. but most of us know they make a damn good boat!

Hey Jersey, Thanks for your reply! Sounds like I’m on the right path with the 216, I think it’ll be a good boat for me, and I think its the best choice for the type of fishing I do.

I agree - I've got that same Garmin 741xs on my 208 and it's a great unit!

I'm on my second 208 and have been loving them for 21 years now. We dock bow forward at my marina so I guess I'm pretty used to walking around the Cuddy and find it fine. I've never really enjoyed CC boats as you're just so much more exposed to the weather and I've never found a very comfortable...

That's the million dollar question Len! :D Old days Full tank was the norm. With this ethanol and plastic tanks I'm leaning towards the empty side and heavy stabilizer myself. Asking around the marina gets as many varied answers as you'd expect.....
