Electronic box Kiwi Grip on motor bracket engines mounted

I built new boxes on either side of the helm and covered them in outdoor carpet. I am going to put tackle storage in them. I installed my switch panel and throttle switch panel is from new wire marine. I stole it off one of my other boats.

I put in grey outdoor carpet to replace the ugly blue made new pieces for the rear of the boat rolled grey kiwi grip on it. Im gonna use the grey kiwi grip on the floor also. The stuff looks really good

Put a second coat on the hull today. Looks way better. Also I got rid of the wood trim on the boat and filed all the holes. Just using edge guard made by taco

Painted the cabin and put the first coat on the sides of the hull. Also bought some of the carpet spray paint from oreilys. Seems to work really well on that nasty white carpet in the cabin. The grey color seems to hide the stains. Later in the day

The original armstrong powder coating was peeling off. I sanded and applied below waterline primer. Then I applied topside paint to the top half.

I bought a set of 175 Evinrudes with low hours that run perfect. Im eventually gonna go with 4strokes but this will get me going.

I fixed the steps and primed everything I finished up the transom work I also built a folding transom seat that still allows access to the bilge.

I decided to go with this light blue paint.

So I decided to scrap my Carolina Classic Rebuild because it is just too much work for me to take on right now I bought another Grady to fix up. Boat is cosmetically in bad shape but structurally sound. I am replacing all the wiring and pluming and I am repowering with 4 strokes. I am also...

I installed a set of rod holders on the hard top.

I replaced all the lights on the boat other then the nav lights with LED's The boat looks really good at night and hopefully the LED's will be battery friendly.

other speaker box replaced all the carpet on the cabin bulkhead. Someone had installed some really ugly brown berber house carpet at some point. By the way, carpet adhesive is some nasty stuff. I also re stained the wood on the boat. It looks like it had been stained several times...
