Can't find a way to deploy the anchor light on my 2020 Freedom 325 without climbing on hardtop. Any suggestions from others with this problem?

Have a new Freedom 325 (not a 335) and the small front window that swings up won't catch on the latch every time. It looks like it is latching, but when underway at speed, pops loose and comes down. The latch looks like the culprit. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? Thanks
