So guys I started removing my factory bait tank today as I am adding a larger bait tank, its a west coast thing. So as I am removing the tank and fittings I get a look at the tank and the top is tarred and there is no visible foam, is it safe to assume the tank has been replaced?

THX BW I fish them along the kelp lines from 30 to 60 ft from June until Oct. Its tough to get one to bite but when you get one its worth it. This one is pushing 70lbs, I'm 6'2"
