4k gets me to plane and yes falls off below 3700. GPS speed which may he's gauge. Unknown of the 17 was worked or not and have had the boat since March.

Engine is good. No faults, good compression and runs great. Hull isn't smooth as silk but cleaner than bottom paint.

Found the recommended prop used from a guy nearby. Prop is basically new. Paid $200!!!! Adhesive from stickers still on it and almost no exhaust in the prop. I'll report my stats in a different thread later. Might test tomorrow. Seller reported there being way less than 100 hours on it.
