I’m looking for suggested settings for the Yamaha trim assist on a 2027 GradyWhite Freedom 307. There are 5 settings with the first being idle with a degree of trim input required. The next 4 need rpm and degrees trim input. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It was the vent valve located onside the tank which was faulty. The tank manufacturer supplied the complete kit to install a second vent outlet pipe without the ‘internal’ valve.

Tank needs to be emptied. Tank pumped with an inert gas to avoid any possible explosion prior to drilling. Hope this helps anyone with the same issue. The marine pump ‘attendant’ tell me it’s not an unusual problem with a variety of boats.

Your problem sorted? I removed the charcoal canister and replaced the vent hose with no improvement?

So I removed the charcoal filter canister on the vent hose and replaced the hose from tank to vent. NO IMPROVEMENT!!!

Thanks for the response. I’m happy to have the heights of the bunks increased to accommodate the wider spacing. Grady White says the two options will line up the bunks with the boats stringers. Will wider bunks make the boat more stable on the lift? Make docking easier?
