    Silicone recommendation

I needed to pull up one of my deck panels to replace my live well pump. Once replaced I need to replace the silicone around the floor panel. Any recommendations on a quality product? I know it’s only caulking 101 but any tips would be appreciated too.

    Advice on selling my GW

I would think that in a transaction over $100k it would be a bank transfer or cashiers check. I wouldn't expect and actually would be quite suspicious of someone showing up with that kind of cash. I know i wouldn't want to be walking around with that amount of cash. Either way, point taken...

    Advice on selling my GW

Thank you JJF! I was kind of leaning that way. I think the boat would sell itself. There's not a day goes by when I'm on that boat and someone tells me how much they like it. That being said, either direction I decide, there has been great feedback on this site. I wish I had found it sooner...

    Advice on selling my GW

Seasick was correct... VA. I really haven't done much research other than look at similar boats on BT.com. From that $120k + or - a few k. I'd probably pay to get an appraisal or survey. It's completely loaded, the only thing I had to add was Lewmar V700.

    Advice on selling my GW

Good question, kind of long story but basically not using it enough. It's in a H/D 1.45 hr from my home. I was going buy a second home there but market went crazy and doubled. Now can't afford the second home. It's a 2017 with 120 hours!

    Advice on selling my GW

Great advice! Thanks for the input. My boat is really clean except for surface dust because it' s in a high and dry. I just had it detailed, probably do so again before I put on the market. That was one of the things I was curious about with a broker, would he pay for the detailing since he's...

    Advice on selling my GW

I'm thinking of selling my 257 at the end of summer. Looking for advice on whether or not to use a broker? What's a normal % for a brokers service? I'm sure there are pros-cons for the use of a broker but I would think there's a price point that the juice is not worth the squeeze?
