I assume so, it idles at about 600 RPM. It's not the shift that makes it stall, it stalls once I lean into the throttle.

Thanks everyone. It ended up that it was water in the fuel. Replaced all the filters and runs much better. Still one problem, its stalling in reverse. Any ideas?
