    Just curious, what's the bottle jack for? And should I dry fit, then install the door? I was thinking the door would be the last step.

    Hey guys. I'm gonna rebuild the doors and I guess you'd call it the bulkhead, the wall to the left of the door as you enter the cuddy. Water rot has ruined the laminated plywood and it's coming apart. (I'm assuming from the leaking window which has been caulked.) Has anyone done this...

    Transom scuppers below water line

    I'm hating this problem too. This offseason, i'm thinking of putting in-line, one-way, plastic check valves in the hose going to the scuppers from the cockpit. Any thoughts???

    scuppers letting water back into my 208

    How about cutting the hose from the deck scupper to the transom scupper and installing a one-way 1 1/2" plastic check valve? I have the same problem and that's what I'm considering.

    tank got mine from atlantic in toms river, nj. 1986 g/w overnighter 20 replaced in 2002. they knew all the specs.

    86 overnighter through the hulls

    Bob is right on. I changed these that exact way. Removed drawers under seats and was able to access area. Deckplate on other side.
