Mine were all re-done by previous owner with bronze fittings. They look fine and have the dark bronze patina now. I think if I were doing it now I would have gone with the Stainless for a cleaner look.

I was looking for the hose length. Yesterday I pulled out the old cable & it measures 17ft. So if I read the online ordering instructions correctly, I need to add 2ft to that giving a total of 19ft. Since they only come in even increments, I will go with 20ft. Thanks

I put the Smart tabs on my 87' 204c last year. Although it did help the performance (reduced porposing, smoother ride) some, next boat I get I will put Bennets or Lencos for better adjustability.
