2007 33' express just started to have problems with one of my yama 250s. It fluctuates by 2-3 hundred rpms at 4500 rpms. It runs fine at lower rpms. Dealer is saying all fuel pumps and filters need to be replaced. Anybody experience this?

my relay also failed. I always have several spares. Takes a minute to change.

any hint how to change the aft bilge pump--I can't reach it. I am thinking of just putting an new bigle pump just forward of the generator for easy access.

they are aluminum. Have you guys checked your clamps to see. These things don't have salt on them or rust. You literally crush them just by touching.

How many hour did you have on the gen, what kind is it. I have a 33 with 150 hour on the Generator. My diesel fuel pump is clicking awfully load. If you don't mind how much was to replace the pump.

has anybody ever put a 33 express in a sling in a boat house. I am hanging the boat in sling. The stringers are attached to 8x8 inch pilons. The stringer stretch over 5 pilons on each side. The lift is not done yet. Just wanted to know if anybody has any experience with this.

I have a 3.5 ft array. Moved the anchor light just to port and still dropped it through the box. Looks great. Make sure to use a wedge to get the desired angle when running.

there are two different gauges--speed and speed/fuel. What I am trying to figure out if my dealer put in the correct gauge. They worked on my gauges after the first week I had the boat. the problem is that the speed gauge does not display the fuel info--which sux.

I have a 2007 33 express. I have two tach gauges and one speed gauge. I don't have the speed fuel gauge, so I don't think that I can get the gph data. Is this correct? If this is correct did the dealer screw up or is that standard for the 33? thanks
