I ran the stock 3 blades and switched to the Merc Rev 4s. IMO didn't make much difference. I run mine with a little more RPM, around 4700-4900 and get 29MPH, sometimes a touch more, with them.

Consider the 330 if you are looking to overnight and cruise with family. The helm offers much better accommodations as does the cabin. Otherwise, the Marlin will give you the same ride and fishability as well as performance.

I don't know the Grady member, but I do know Raybo Marine on Long Island did the work. I also opted for the vinyl as it made it look factory newer and does the same job.

I ran into same problem with '06 330 a few years back. It was impossible to find and I had to go to a higher, more standard microwave by increasing the space. In my case it was just the trim ring that had to be changed. Good luck, but I didn't have any.

I have 1 2001 HPDI complete, good working order when removed (last season). You could couple it to the above working one and have a pair. Get the one with the blown block as a parts motor.

New flapper (assuming you can get the screw out then any under water sealant. 5200 wont matter since it is only going in the stupid, drilled holes that the moron used for the flapper over flapper.

Can be tough to remove with the tool, especially if it isn't in all four holes and isn't held down -( can strip the holes). I have found the easiest way to remove them, is with an air chisel (might not be an option where you are working). Since the caps aren't too expensive I always buy new...
