CDwood, I know it's hard to believe but they sent me a check for $500.00 to help with the repair as a goodwill jester. PR I still had had to pay for the rest of the repair. I also sued the survey because he missed the rotted transom. Got my money back on that too! Settled out of court. :wow Don

I own a 1983 Trophy Pro I/O. I would look for Grady rot on the transom and stringers. I got burned when the survey missed it on inspection. Took him to court and won. Grady gave me $550.00 to offset the repair as a good will. Great Company stands behind there work. Love the boat. :D

Tru Hull Fitting go with bronze last longer, plastic gets brittle with age and cracks.:cry: The first thing I did when I bought my 1983 Trophy Pro was replace all the Thru Hull fitting. It's been 10 years with no failures :D
