problay fine, water is most likley batt acid (which you can netralize w/ baking soda) light gassing from charging. You can run it to auto zone and they will do a load test on it and tell you its condition.

I have a 91 252gt with 20 yrs bottom paint no barrier coat and is in water year round , never had a blister, BUT next year when I blast the bottom I will for sure put barrier coat on it before bottom paint

all the marine pros i know would say soda blast, interprotect barrier coat, bottom paint, why find out later you wish you would have put it on? Will do my 252gt that way next year
