Is there a rubber plug for the rear I bought a used boat and there is no plug back there Does it need one??I purchased this and someone tore the dash apart with some wires loose any ideas on where to get the diagram so I know where to plug the wires in at Thank You

You can use a Mercruiser manual such as Clymer and follow the electrical diagrams . I have an older Grady and mine was miss wired . It was not too bad

there's an older model user manual on the GW web site that has a dashboard diagram.....maybe its detaled enough to follow....or just contact their customer service for some information.
