1985 22 ft Center Console

I am going to look at a 1985 22 ft Grady center console with a 200 HP outboard engine and would appreciate some general feedback on the boat. I really looking for information on the reputation of this boat.
Any known issues with the integrity or design of this hull, transom, floor?
Any special things that you recommend I investigate prior to purchasing (other than the typical)?
