1994 27.2 Sailfish Questions

Just bought 1994 Sailfish. Trying to figure how to operate 2 systems:

1. Marine toilet. I cannot pump overboard I am in Chesapeake Bay. I want to use hilding tank and then pump at marina. Does this system tie into raw water or fresh water?
2. Raw and fresh washdown. Seems like the livewell and raw washdown are on same switch. Livewell will work put not sure how to get washdown going. Tried the plasctic lever under back seat in bilge.

Can anyone shed some light on the process?

Check that your inlet seacocks are open on the head and the washdown.

Yes you need to study manual.

The single pump provieds washdown OR livewell, via a hand valve in water line, usually at the stern.
