1999 225 Tournament: seacock extension lever

I discovered that there are extensions that are attached to the seacock valves for opening and closing. The raw water wash cock operates fine, but when I tried to open the live well cock the extension was corroded and broke off at the lever. The seacock is closed and I haven't tried yet to make something to lever it open. Does anyone know who supplies these extensions with the knob on the end and, if I get one, how in the world do I get to the seacock to attach it? Do I have to drop the seacock from hull and then reinstall?

A few pictures of your access may help with advice on reattaching. But often, with boats, you'll be doing things blind or with only one hand... or you have to remove other items, first.
