Looking to purchase a 228 and I found a 1999 model with a 250 4 stroke , with the extra weight it must change the way the boat sits in the water , I would assume scuppers are an issue, I talked with Grady and the said to address this issue they repositioned the fuel tanks and raised the scuppers after 2002, is this really a noticeable problem
