I'm getting a lot water in the bracket extension on my '99 Tournament, so thought I'd do the easy things first and reseal the drain plug and inspection cover, per suggestions I found here, but I have a question about mounting the cover. When I removed it (sealed with silicone), there are plastic/nylon inserts in the cover itself but nothing on the bracket side, just holes (with silicone). Are the cover inserts a type of expansion fitting (I know two are bad), or is there supposed to be some nylon nuts or something on there bracket side for the screws to thread into? Are and plastic bits I may need still available from GW or aftermarket, i.e. Grainger or similar? Pictures of the cover and mount surface are attached.
