What are my options with Curtains?
Do they make a sun cover (not sure about the terminology) that would extend from the back of the T-Top to the back of the boat. Just looking to provide a little more shade for the kids?

Since I'm not getting much response, I started looking into T-Top Extenders.
Do they work? Are they worth the 200-400 dollars? Has anyone bought one of these things?
It looks like the aft one would hold up...

You can get anything made if you're willing to pay. I made a ghetto rig with a blue tarp and 2-extendable boat poles stuck in the rear rod holders.

Go to a local boat canvas guy or website, and ask them what they can do, they will have photos of work done for others. If you don't know where to find a local canvas guy, ask any local marina who they use.

It may be anything from a fold up binimi stainless frame style to as suggested above, and accordingly vary in price greatly!

Thanks for the responses.
Looks like it will be a Custom Design!
Home Depot is my next stop...
