Looking for ideas to install a small removeable table in the cabin. Im leaning towards a base installed in floor with removable post and table but wanted to see what others have done. Thanks!

That is pretty much the option except for something that folds up and stows that would be more temporary. Look at the various mounts, you prob want one that is flush with the floor sole when nothing is connected so you can't trip on it.
