Hello the fridge in my 282 stays on constantly when the batteries are on. Has any put a switch in to shut it off to limit the battery drain?

Thanks for obvious answer! No breaker for the fridge specifically so I’ll look in the fridge for a switch. Thank you

There is not a switch on the breaker panel inside for the fridge? Would be odd if it did not have one.

There should be a knob inside the fridge the turns it off and controls temperature

I shut mine off by the temperature / on off knob in the frig - yours should be top rear right hand corner. I had to replace mine last year and the new ones are AC/DC. If you are connected to shore power it by passes battery and 2 minutes after shore power is disconnected it automatically goes back to battery power. Still has the switch inside for temp and on/off

I would be very surprised if there wasn't a breaker for the fridge
According to a user manual I found online, there should be a breaker for the refrigerator on the DC panel in the head. It may be the breaker below the one labelled shower sump. In addition, you should look up the fridge documentation. Many models have circuitry that will automatically disconnect DC power when the battery voltage drops below a certain level. That keeps the battery from being completely run down. I mention this because if your fridge is protected and working correctly , then possibly something else is killing the battery.
