This season my captain’s bolster seat is a 2-handed job to flip-up. I use to be able to one-hand/just use the back of my leg to flip it up. Since new, I’ve always stored it professionally and hand bow and rear covers in place during the season when not in use. Any suggestions would be helpful. Do I just WD-40 the hinges?

You can try WD to see if it helps, it might for a while but may actually get worse with time. If you can get a the hinge or rotation spot, work some marine grease into it. Wipe good on the outside after working it in the hinge and working the hinge back and forth.
