22' GW Fisherman Questions

I maybe forced to downsize and am interested in the GW 22' Fisherman center consoles.
Can anyone tell me what year they started including a head into the console. (this is huge point for the wife)
Also, what kind of power should this boat have? I see alot with 200s....is this enough?
Is the layout family friendly?

I had a '99 Fisherman and it was a great boat. Minewas powered by a 225hp. A 200hp may be ok but I would opt for the 225hp. I believe the enclosed head was first available on the 2000 models.

Mine is an '06 and it has an enclosed head with a macerator; not a big compartment but it serves the purpose. Not sure what year they started with the enclosed head. A 200 hp motor might be a bit undersized. Mine has a 250 and 225 is the lowest I've seen on the 222; haven't seen any with a 200. I use mine for fishing most of the time but got the bow cushions and removable stern seats to make it more family friendly. Great boat-695 hours and going strong!
