8 hours later....we have a full complement of electronics on the new boat.
When it arrived in my driveway, it had a non-working AM/FM cassette and a Lowrance in-dash digital depthmeter.
The upgrade:
Lowrance HDS-7; Standard Horizon 1600; Digital 529 Antenna; Poly Planar MD-70 remote stereo; and a custom panel to replace the plexiglass door - thanks to Fin-Addict.
Looks good and sounds good....the head unit for the MD-70 replaced the digital depthmeter below the tach and I'm not thrilled with it, but in one day I made some significant progress...here's how it looks...
