257 with Yamaha 350 hp

I am considering the purchase of a 2007 257 with 350 hp for Georgian Bay, Ontario use. Any concerns with this motor?

We have just purchased a Freedom 255 which has the 257 hull, love the boat, the 257 will be great in Georgean Bay. We have the new 300 hp 4.2L engine and the boat is rated for 350 HP, she will easily take that extra weight and HP. If you are looking at Desmasdons as the supplier, they are top shelf, we have bought two Grady's from them. Send me a personal if you like.

[NOTHING ELSE MATTERS]

I have two of them on my boat. Make sure the motor had the "update" as Yamaha calls it. What it was, they had to change the flywheel and the harmonic balancer because it was giving big problems to a point of a broken piston rod. Also was sensor they had to change, but i don't remember now which one was it.
Other than that, it is a great motor with a lot of torque, but she likes to drink a few gallons per trip.
