I've been playing with the winch support on my trailer adjusting the tongue weight. Overall weight, with trailer and full fuel tank, is 11,500#. Tongue weight started at 740# and she was way back on the trailer. I've moved the winch post up once Put it back in the water and moved the winch post up another 4-5" but haven't had a chance to reweigh it. Now, the stern is forward of the rear 4x10s about 10". She's about 1/2" off center, maybe, and the starboard side sits right the inside bend of the trim tab.

I'm thinking about moving both support beams in about 1/2" to compensate for this. But then I wonder if that would impact how much of the forard hull sits on the two forward and inner breams.

I'd post a pic, but she's at the detailer this week (who sent me a pic of day 1). She's reflective again :)
