I've had my Overnighter now for about two years and just recently moved back to KY from FL. The boat now resides at Lake Cumberland and as I look ahead to spring I'd like to redo my bulkheads port and starboard. I replaced them once in FL but to be honest it was in haste and I didn't keep the originals. The starboard measurements are correct but I seem to have miscut the port side, either the first panel or the second hinged panel door that butts up to the teak door.

Does anyone know where I can find the original diagrams with measurements? With snow on the ground now's the time to get the projects out of the way.

Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum JD. I have the same model & year but its a 204C with the motor mounted directly on the transom.
One of the prior owners redid the bulkhead in mine too and the fitment on the port side leaves something to be desired also. Guess if there is a tricky side to get done its the port side. Grady white themselves are a great source as they make the original brochures and owners manuals available online for even the early model years. I don't remember seeing specs like what you want available but go to there site and shoot their customer service that question. I'm positive they will get back to you and give what help they can. I spoken with them and even though I am the third owner of a 29 year old 20' Grady they treated me like I just dropped a fortune on a new model. Perhaps they see value in so many of the early models still being on the water as an example of how well the last (?), but they do.
If they are unable to help I'd mock up panels made from cardboard, trial fitting as you go and then a second from cheap plywood first. That's the way I've been getting the new dash in my boat laid out.
Your boat looks good! What is the track used for on the port side? A bench seat? If that's what its for I've passed a thought or two on that too.
Mike.
