Starting to do more deep dropping for swords and will be using electric reel. Needed to add a 12 volt plug but I didn’t want to put any additional holes in the boat. So I replaced the old TV/phone connection in aft with a stainless receptacle. See photos. Just need to put a label on it indicating it’s 12 volt for reel. Takes a male connection so different from the shore power plug in.
Just needed to cut an inch off the back to fit the plug in. Very snug and protected!
